O2O Video Conferencing provides an opportunity for exhibitors & visitors to connect with each other via live chat. This is a great platform that facilitates the connection between them and create a virtual trade show experience.

To start live conferencing, you require to have an internet connection, a Windows or a MacOS Computer. Also, it is mobile friendly (Both iOS & Android).

Additional equipment you might need can include speakers, cameras, microphones, TV displays etc.

How To Initiate A Meeting?

To initiate a meeting, click on the icon mentioned above. This will generate a unique meeting URL.

Copy the link & share it with the individuals who you would like to have a meeting with.

Note - Hence, this is a unique URL which only get shared between 2 or more parties (according to the preference of the host) there is no need for a password.

Before you commence the video conference, make sure that your camera & microphone is connected and working properly.

Click on More Actions button. From the popup menu, Then Click Settings

From the pop-up window select the devices, camera, microphone & audio output.

Once you have chosen equipment, click OK button, Next step is to check the audio & video quality before the conference.

Before commencing the meeting, test the sound quality of your device.

Prerequisites - Microphone (Built-in Microphone, USB/inline microphone), Speakers or Headphones.

From the pop-up window select the devices, camera, microphone & audio output.

At the step above, you have selected your audio equipment. Test the sound by clicking on “Play a Test Sound

If you cannot hear it, select a different speaker from the menu or adjust the Volume.

How to Mute the Audio?

There are certain times you might find the need to mute your video to avoid disturbances & also, some users prefer to mute their side while the other person speaks. To mute audio, click on the Mute Button.

Shortcut to mute/unmute - Click M on your keyboard

Before commencing the video conference, make sure that the camera is working properly.

First, join the meeting or initiate a meeting. And you will see a preview of your camera. If it is not displayed, move your cursor to the camera icon & click on it to start the camera.

Then, if you are not satisfied with the video quality, click on More Actions button at the bottom right corner. Select Manage video quality from the menu.

Your current video quality will be visible on the scale.

For the maximum video quality, Click on High Definition from the scale.

Click Done to proceed to the screen. Check video quality again.

Note - The quality of your video depends on your internet connection. Therefore, make sure you have an undisturbed & fast internet connection for the HD quality.

You can also flip the camera if needed, left click on video thumbnail of yours & click on flip.

How to Blur Your Background?

The main purpose of O2O Video Conferencing is to let the users access the live chat feature at anywhere/anytime. To secure the professionalism even when the user is not in a professional setting with a professional backdrop; the feature Blur My Background could be used.

How to stop camera?

To switch off the camera, click on the camera button.

Shortcut to on/off camera - Press V on your keyboard

O2O Video Conferencing allows the hosts to share screens with the meeting attendees. This feature is available on desktop, tablets & mobile devices (iOS & Android). Screen sharing is the practice of sharing the contents of your screen with other device(s). O2O Video Conferencing gives you the control over the visibility of your screen by allowing you to have 3 different options.

Your Entire Screen - If you choose this option, you will be sharing the entire desktop screen of yours with the conference attendees.
Application Window - View a separate window.
Chrome Tab - A list of links that you can access & share with the attendee.

What is the benefit of screen sharing?

Ability to show any media on your device without having to send any files to the viewer. This is inclusive of slide shows, videos, documents, images etc. Most importantly, the viewer can not only view the material but also can watch the host interact with it in real time. This is a great way to demonstrate live

How To Screen Share?

To start, click on share your screen button at the bottom left.

Pop up window appears with 3 options to choose from.

Option 1 - Share your entire screen. This option allows you to show your full desktop view to the viewer. Make sure you have all the relevant information and remove unnecessary windows before you share your screen.

Option 2 - Share an Application Window. This option allows you to solely share a window with the viewer.

Option 3 -Share Chrome Tab. This option shows all the current tabs open in your browser. And these links could be shared with the viewers. This option is useful when you need to share any video links, websites etc.
But make sure you check your browser tabs before you click share to avoid any privacy concerns.

Once you pick an option. Click on the share button to share your screen with the viewer (s)

Before commencing the video conference, set up your profile by clicking on the More Actions button at the bottom right corner.

Click on Me & the pop-up window will appear. 

Set your display name & gravatar email address.

Your information will update automatically & “Me” will change to your display name.

How can I view full screen?

If you would like to view full screen, click More Actions > View full screen

Too exit full screen, click Esc button.

Shortcut to exit/enter full screen - Press S on your keypad to view/exit full screen.

How Can I share a YouTube video?

If you have a YouTube channel and has your product videos, product/application demonstration videos; O2O Live allows you to distribute the links amongst the viewers.

To share a link, go to More Actions > share a YouTube video

Add the link URL & click share. 

The link will open on yours & the viewer’s screens.

How Can I See Speaker Statistics?

The O2O Video Conferencing keeps track on the duration of speech of each person attending the meeting. To check stats, go to More Actions > Speaker Stats

• Get toggle tile view & view all the meeting attendees by enabling the toggle tile view.

• For many features, there are shortcuts you can use, access the list of shortcuts by, More Actions > View Short Cuts

Once you are done, click on Leave Button to quit the meeting.

Once you click the leave button, you will be redirected to the O2O Video Conferencing page.
This indicates that you have left the chat room entirely and your microphone or camera is no longer accessible by any viewers or the chatroom itself.
